These are the rules for using Monodoku and this website. We have kept them in plain language so you can understand what you are agreeing to.

Your agreement with Appverse

Monodoku is operated by Appverse LLC, a Wyoming company with its main office in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Choosing “Agree & continue” in the app accepts these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how the app and website handle data. Advertising consent, Apple tracking permission and notification permission are separate choices.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you are a minor where you live, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf and supervise your use. Monodoku is not directed at children under 13.

Your permission to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Monodoku on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store where you obtained it. You are welcome to share ordinary gameplay screenshots, videos and sharing links, including in reviews and streams. That does not transfer ownership of the game or assets.

Please use it fairly

Do not resell or redistribute the app, extract and reuse its puzzle library or artwork in another product, impersonate others, submit unlawful or abusive material, manipulate rewards, attack our services or access data you are not authorized to access. Do not reverse-engineer or decompile the software except where applicable law permits it. These limits do not remove rights the law gives you, including applicable interoperability or research rights.

Progress, rewards and online features

Progress is saved automatically on your device. Optional platform cloud saves and device backups can help restore it, but availability depends on your account, connection, platform configuration and provider. Cloud sync is within a supported Apple or Google ecosystem; we do not offer cross-platform account sync. If devices progress independently, the conflict rules can select one save's progress and tool balance rather than combine them. Check your cloud save status before a reinstall or device change. Deleting the app without a recoverable cloud save or device backup can lose your progress.

Hints, Locates, stars, theme credits, achievements and unlocks are game features. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money and are not transferable unless the game explicitly provides a way to transfer them. We may adjust puzzles, balance, content and feature availability as the game improves. We will respect your rights under applicable consumer law.

Friend challenges and referral rewards

A qualifying friend-challenge completion earns the sender 1 Hint and 1 Locate, for up to five different recipient installations per day measured in UTC. The same recipient can earn you at most one reward each day, and the same puzzle completion cannot earn you another reward. A link share, download or store visit alone does not qualify. Self-referrals, automated completions and reward manipulation do not qualify.

Both devices need to connect to deliver and confirm the completion. Rewards are automatically credited on the installation that sent the invitation when it next checks in. Pending referrals are not an account balance you can claim from another device, and losing that installation's credential can make them inaccessible. Shared results are friendly comparisons, not certified competition scores.

Ads and rewards

Ads support Monodoku. Watching a rewarded ad is your choice; its stated reward is granted when the ad provider confirms completion. Ads and rewards can be unavailable because of connectivity, consent choices or ad inventory. We do not guarantee an ad will always be available. External ads and links may lead to services operated by others under their own terms.

Optional paid subscriptions

Premium and Premium Plus remove banner and interstitial ads while active. Optional videos for rewards remain available. Premium includes one Hint and one Locate per daily online check-in; Premium Plus includes two of each. The storefront shows your local price and whether payment repeats weekly, monthly or yearly before you choose to buy. Apple or Google charges your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal; manage or cancel in your store's subscription settings. Deleting Monodoku does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation ordinarily stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period, subject to refunds and the store's rules. Applicable refund and consumer rights still apply.

Daily gifts are available once per subscription across your devices, resetting at 00:00 UTC. Check in online and collect that day's gift; unclaimed days do not accumulate. Collected tools join the receiving installation's normal tool balance and follow the game's save and cloud-conflict rules. Restoring a subscription restores eligible paid access, not a second copy of tools already collected. Restore purchases using the same store account; Apple and Google purchases do not transfer between platforms. An internet connection is needed to buy, restore and periodically confirm access. Recently verified access can remain available offline for up to 24 hours, but never beyond its verified expiry.

Our work and your feedback

The Monodoku name, app, original puzzle collection, artwork, text and website belong to Appverse LLC or their respective licensors. Third-party and open-source components keep their own licenses. You keep any rights in feedback you send us and allow us to use it to support and improve the game. We handle personal information in feedback under the Privacy Policy.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a reliable game, but bugs, interruptions and save conflicts can happen. The app and website are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent the law allows. We cannot promise uninterrupted service or support for every device and future operating-system version.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using or being unable to use the game or website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees or remedies.

Ending use and changes

You can stop using Monodoku at any time. Removing the app does not necessarily delete cloud or server data; the Privacy Policy explains your options. We may restrict service access for material misuse, legal requirements or security reasons. If we materially change these Terms, we will update this page and provide notice; where required, you will be asked to accept revised Terms before continuing. Changes do not take away rights you already have under law.

Law and resolving concerns

These Terms use Wyoming law, United States, except where mandatory laws in your place of residence apply. This choice does not remove consumer protections or court access you are entitled to locally. Please contact us first about a problem so we can try to resolve it.
